10 Commandments
The charter of Steinegger Eppan
Every INDIVIDUAL should feel welcome, respected, and acknowledged, whether as a guest or as an employee.
We treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves. This also means helping each other.
WOMEN AND CHILDREN ARE ALSO HUMAN BEINGS and have the SAME rights as men. Both men and women have opinions and contribute to the success of Steinegger.
We handle our belongings with care, meaning equipment, facilities, and clothing are always CLEAN and TIDY.
The food and drinks we serve are always delicious and prepared with love.
Differences and disagreements are part of life and are resolved as quickly as possible, preferably privately but definitely AWAY from guests.
Guests are on vacation at Steinegger even for a few hours, and we ensure these hours are beautifully crafted.
Pay attention to your body at work and during leisure time. Always reconsider work steps for body-friendly alternatives.
Every action at Steinegger should be organized to conserve resources. This means repairing what can be repaired, reusing what can be reused, and always properly separating waste as required. Only start a machine when there is enough dishes or laundry (also in private). Devices not in use should be put on standby or turned off.
Water is the best cleaning agent; we use cleaning products intelligently and sparingly. (When in doubt, ask.)
